Progress from there into doing handstand push-ups against the wall. Once you've mastered that try doing them free standing. These will give you a nice shoulder pump.

The further down your feet are on the platform, the more it works your hams and glutes 🌟 Plus for those who experience back or knee pain with traditional squats, you might like this version better because of the angle.
WorkoutWithWhitney 💥 Diamond Push Ups. Have you ever tried these? They challenge you and hit the same muscles as most push-ups - chest, shoulders and core BUT these really get ur triceps. 💪🏼 try it first with your knees down and then to make it more challenging to to@the standard push up position!
